Why We Started
We saw many people from countries in Asia and Africa who were so smart, capable, motivated and even with a good education they faced roadblocks:

Couldn’t afford to go to university - too expensive, no funding, no big bank balance

Fruitlessly searching for scholarships – qualified but too much competition
❌
Working in low skilled jobs with low income in their home country – in spite of high intelligence and good education
❌
Struggling in life - only able to pay month to month living expenses despite good experience and skills
❌
Low quality life overall - unable to move forward with career and family
At the same time we saw:

We studied the success stories (and not so happy stories) to understand where people had gone right, where they'd made mistakes and wasted time and money, so that we could identify the pathways that work for various people based on their unique constellation of strengths, qualities and background.
